One appliance from Gerrards Cross, one from Langley, one from Beaconsfield, along with an officer attended.
The firefighters used hyrdualic rescue equipment, small gear and an immediate emergency care kit to release to a man and woman, passing them into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
They also isolated the hybrid vehicle to make the scene safe. The incident was left in the hands of National Highways.
