The Statement of Accounts contained within our publication sets out the financial activities of Buckinghamshire & Milton Keynes Fire Authority for each financial year.
They show the financial detail of the services we have provided together with explanatory notes, the resources consumed and the financial position at the end of the year compared with the previous year.
The Statement of Accounts are prepared for the Fire Authority as a single entity. The Fire Authority does not form part of a wider reporting group. These have been prepared in accordance with the requirements of International Financial Reporting Standards and the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) Code of Practice. The core statements required to be reported within the accounts are:

- Balance Sheet
- Movement in Reserves Statement
- Cash Flow Statement
