Anne joined the Service in 2018 as the Head of Human Resources, having previously worked for a number of private sector organisations and for Dacorum Borough Council.
She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and holds an ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching and Mentoring Diploma.
Anne is responsible for the HR team – leading on recruitment, wellbeing, employee relations, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Culture and strategic HR advice.
