We are delighted to announce that Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service is a winner of the Talent Inclusion and Diversity (TIDE) Gold Award!
Out of 185 entries, Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service finished 1st within the Emergency Service Sector and 15th overall.
ENEI (Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion) hold the TIDE awards each year, this year being the annual TIDEMark.
TIDE is enei’s self-assessment, evaluation, and benchmarking tool, designed to measure how well an organisation is cultivating a positive and inclusive culture across the following areas:
