Two crews from West Ashland attended.
A car was well alight on arrival.
The firefighters used one set of breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet and a thermal imaging camera. The car was 100 percent destroyed by the fire.
A full road closure was put in place.
The incident was left in the hands of Thames Valley Police.
