One appliance and crew from High Wycombe, one from Beaconsfield, along with two officers attended.
A collision involving one car took place, one man was out on arrival.
The firefighters used hydraulic rescue equipment and a recip saw to release another man from the car.
Both men were passed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
Thames Valley Police also attended.
