  • A turntable ladder

Lightening had struck the rear roof of a two-storey house. The firefighters investigated the internal and external roof space of the property. An area of around three metres by two metres of roof lining was found to be damaged. They helped to cover the damaged area to protect it from the elements.

The Firefighters also isolated the electricity supply, provided advice, and undertook a home fire safety visit. The firefighters also checked the roof space of a neighbouring house.
