One crew from West Ashland and the water rescue team from Newport Pagnell attended an animal rescue.
Firefighters assisted with the rescue of four ducks that had become trapped in a dried-up pond containing deep mud. Crews used a rescue sled to safely reach and recover the animals.
Once rescued, the ducks were handed into the care of Milton Keynes Swan Rescue.
