One appliance and crew from Broughton and two from West Ashland attended, along with an officer.
The firefighters provided assistance to South Central Ambulance Service. They used a stretcher to carry a man, injured, from the cage of a hydraulic platfom which was at a height of around 2metres. The man was passed into the care of the ambulance service.
Thames Valley Air Ambulance also attended.
