Past

Three crews attended (Beaconsfield, Amersham and High Wycombe), along with an officer.

Firefighters were called to a fire in the first-floor bathroom of a two-storey terrace house.  One male was suffering effects of smoke inhalation, and an immediate emergency care pack was used. The first-floor of the property was damaged approximately 25% by fire and 75% by smoke.

Firefighters used:

  • Two sets of breathing apparatus
  • One hose reel jet
  • Thermal imaging camera
  • Positive pressure ventilation fan
  • One covering jet

Firefighters carried out a home fire safety visit at a neighbouring property.

South Central Ambulance Service also attended.

A crew from Amersham revisited the property to complete a reinspection.
