Two crews attended (Broughton and West Ashland).
Firefighters were called to and extinguished a bus fire that was coming from the engine compartment. The bus was fully evacuated prior to firefighters’ arrival.
Firefighters used:
- two sets of breathing apparatus
- two hose reels
- a thermal imaging camera
The bus was recovered by depot staff.
