Nine appliances and crews, along with three officers attended at the height of the fire.
The appliances and crews were from:
- Broughton
- West Ashland
- Newport Pagnell
- Towcester
- Buckingham
- Toddington
- Kempston
A fire had spread from a car to a three-storey building.
The firefighters used 6 sets of breathing apparatus, three hose reel jets, two main jets and a turn table ladder appliance.
They also isolated the gas and electric supply to nearby houses.
The crews reinspected the property in the morning and afternoon the next day to check for hot spots.
