Two crews (Amersham, High Wycombe) alongside an officer attended.
Firefighters were called to a car that had drove into a shop, the driver was medically trapped.
The driver was assisted out of the vehicle and handed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
Thames valley were also in attendance for traffic management.
A structural engineer was requested due to the damage of the building, bricks had fallen and metal supports had been exposed.
The incident was then handed over to Thames Valley Police.
