Ten crews (Bicester, Kidlington, Two Slade, Two Rewley Road, Maidenhead, Wheatley, Aylesbury, Beaconsfield) alongside four officers and Thames Valley Police attended.
Fireifighters were called to eight caravans involved in fire. Five caravans were 100% destroyed by fire, three partially affected by fire. One car was also affected by fire.
There were multiple LPG cylinders involved and removed from the risk area. Two cylinders were affected by fire, assessed and deemed safe.
A twenty five meter cordon was put into place.
Two adults with suspected smoke inhalation and minor burns were handed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
Firefighters used:
- Four breathing apparatus sets
- Two hose reel jets
- Two main jets
- Water shuttle
- Thermal imaging camera
A fire investigation officer was also in attendance and carried out a fire investigation.
Re-inspections were carried out by a crew from Aylesbury at 18:20 and 21:49.
