One crew from Aylesbury, one from Thame and one USAR (Urban Search and Rescue) unit, along with an officer attended.
The firefighters used small gear and a immediate emergency care kit. They passed those on scene into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
A road closure was put in place.
The incident was left in the hands of Thames Valley Police.
