One appliance and crew from Gerrards Cross, one from Langley and one from Beaconsfield attended.

Two cars, two pick-up trucks, three vans, and one motorbike were involved in a collision on the third and fourth lanes of the motorway.

Everyone was out of their vehicles before the firefighters arrived. They provided scene safety and used an immediate emergency care pack to provide first aid to those suffering injuries, before passing them into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.

One man was cared for by the Air Ambulance team. Two further men were treated for minor injuries.

Three lanes of the motorway were closed while they worked at the scene.

The incident was left in the hands of Thames Valley Police and National Highways.

M25 northbound, between Junction 16 (Denham) and Junction 17 (Maple Cross)
