One appliance and crew from Newport Pagnell, two from West Ashland and one from Northamptonshire attended, along with an officer.
The firefighters provided immediate emergency care to one woman, injured, and passed her into the care of East Midlands Ambulance Service.
Eight men were out of the cars, uninjured, before the firefighters arrived. One of the men had a slight injury to his thumb. The rest were all uninjured.
Thames Valley Police and National Highways also attended.
