Two appliances and crews from High Wycombe, one from Wheatley, along with two officers attended.
The firefighters used small gear to release a man from the car, passing him and two women into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
A full road closure was put in place.
The incident was left in the hands of Thames Valley Police and the National Highways.
