Oil had spilled onto the road following a collision involving one car.
The firefighters used an environmental pack to mop up the spilled oil.
One man was out of the car, injured, when they arrived. He was cared for by South Central Ambulance Service.
The incident was left in the hands of Thames Valley Police.
