One appliance and crew from West Ashland attended.
One car was on its roof, in the road, when they arrived.
The firefighters provided immediate emergency care to one woman, one man and one baby who were out of the car, injured, before they were passed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
Thames Valley Police also attended.
The road was closed while the emergency services worked at the scene.
