Two appliances and crews from West Ashland attended, along with an officer.
Firefighters provided immediate emergency care to one woman. A second woman was cared for by South Central Ambulance Service.
The firefighters used an absorbent mat and small gear.
They made the car safe and both women were passed into the care of the Ambulance Service.
Thames Valley Police also attended.
