One appliance and crew from Gerrards Cross, one from Amersham, along with an officer attended.
The car had ended up on its roof, the firefighters helped to release a woman, passing her into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
They used an immediate emergency care bag and made the scene safe.
A full road closure was put in place, the incident was left in the hands of Thames Valley Police.
