Two crews from Aylesbury, alongside two officers, attended a road traffic collision involving a car that had collided with a building.
Firefighters worked alongside South Central Ambulance Service to assist three casualties.
Crews made the scene safe by isolating services to the affected property and stabilising the area due to concerns around structural instability.
They also evacuated the building and gained access to a flat above the premises to ensure it was safe, working with partners to secure the property.
A structural engineer was requested via the local authority to assess the damage.
Thames Valley Police attended to manage road closures and coordinate vehicle recovery.
