Two women were released, injured and in the care of South Central Ambulance Service, before they arrived.
The firefighters used hydraulic rescue equipment to release one man, injured, who was passed into the care of the Ambulance Service.
The road was closed while they worked at the scene. Thames Valley Police and Thames Valley Air Ambulance also attended.
