Fuel from the diesel tank of an HGV lorry, involved in a collision with a hedge, was leaking into a drainage ditch.
The firefighters used an environmental grab pack to stem the leak. The road was closed while the firefighters worked at the scene. The local highways department weas notified and the incident was left in the hands of Thames Valley Police.
