Two crews attended (Aylesbury and Thame), along with an officer.
Firefighters were called a road traffic collision involving one car that had left the carriageway and was in a ditch. A full road closure was implemented to make the area safe.
One male, medically trapped, was released by firefighters using hydraulic gear and small tools.
Firefighters used an immediate emergency care pack and passed the individual into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
Thames Valley Police also attended.
