One appliance and crew from High Wycombe and one from Beaconsfield attended, along with two officers.
The firefighters used hydraulic rescue equipment and a reciprocating saw to release one man, injured, who was passed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
A second man was out and being cared for by South Central Ambulance Service, before they arrived.
Thames Valley Police also attended.
