One appliance and crew from Newport Pagnell attended.
A collision involving two cars took place.
Two men were out on arrival, a woman was escorted from the car by the firefighters.
The firefighters used the immediate emergency care kit, before passing her into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
The incident was left in the hands of Thames Valley Police.
