One appliance and crew from Gerrards Cross attended.
Four men and one woman were out of their cars before the crew arrived.
The firefighters provided immediate emergency care and first aid to one man and closed the road.
They removed the cars from the road to allow traffic to pass.
The incident was left in the hands of Thames Valley Police.
