Two appliances and crews from High Wycombe, and one officer, attended.
Four men and three women were out of the cars, injured, when they arrived.
The firefighters provided immediate emergency care to the seven people, before passing them into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
They also made the scene safe, and the road was closed.
The incident was left in the hands of Thames Valley Police.
