One appliance and crew from Beaconsfield attended.
Three women, one girl and two boys were out of their vehicles when the firefighters arrived.
The firefighters made the scene safe and provided advice to two of the women and the girl, who were suffering minor injuries.
Thames Valley Police also attended.
