One appliance and crew from West Ashland and one from Broughton attended, along with an officer.
One man was out, uninjured, when they arrived.
The firefighters provided immediate emergency care to one man, one woman and one boy before passing them into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
Thames Valley Police also attended.
The road was closed while emergency services were on the scene.
