One appliance and crew from West Ashland attended.
Five men and two women were out of the vehicles, injured, when they arrived.
Around 50 litres of diesel had spilled onto the road. The firefighters used environmental packs to prevent the spilt fuel entering the drains.
The incident was left in the hands of Milton Keynes Highways and Thames Valley Police.
