One appliance and crew from West Ashland attended.
The firefighters assisted a man out of a vehicle and used an immediate emergency care kit.
They passed the man into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
They also made the vehicle safe.
The incident was left in the hands of Thames Valley Police.
