Two crews (Broughton, Newport Pagnell) alongside the Wild Fire Unit from West Ashland and a Water Carrier Unit from Kempston attended.
Firefighters were called to approx one hectare of uncut crop on fire.
A fire break was created using mechanical farm equipment to prevent further fire spread

- Water backpacks
