One crew from Gerrards Cross, one crew from Maidenhead attended reports of smoke in the area.
Crews located a small area of smouldering vegetation in a field and used two water backpacks and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish hotspots and prevent further spread.
Firefighters remained on scene to carry out damping down operations and monitor the area.
