Four crews attended (two from West Ashland, one from Broughton and Newport Pagnell), along with an officer.
Firefighters were called to a fire on a flat roof of a mid-terraced block, which was well alight on arrival. The fire was confined to two property’s roofs. Firefighters remained on scene dampening down and cutting away.
Firefighters used:
- Two sets of breathing apparatus
- Two hose reels
- Small gear
- Turntable ladder (from West Ashland)
- Thermal imaging camera
A fire investigation officer also attended to complete an investigation.
One crew from West Ashland returned to the incident at 21:45 to carry out a planned reinspection, no hotspots were identified.
