One crew from Aylesbury attended.
Firefighters were called to a large leak located on a roadside approx 100 meters stretch between Westpark farm and Lower Wingbury farm.
The leak was believed to be coming from a medium pressure pipeline.
Firefighters used a gas monitor.
A cordon and road closures were put in place.
Also in attendance were Thames Valley Police and the Gas Board.
