One crew from Broughton attended.
Firefighters were called to approximately twenty litres of leaked refrigerant gas into an open plan warehouse.
All staff were evacuated from the warehouse.
Firefighters used:
- Two breathing apparatus sets
- Gas Monitor
- Chemical gaunlets
- Positive pressure ventilation fan
The gas and oxygen readings were found to be within normal range. The positive pressure ventilation fan was used to ventilate the building.
Advice was provided by firefighters and the incident was handed over to onsite staff.
