Eight crews, and three officers, responded to the incident, which involved a seven-storey block of flats.
The responding crews were from:
- High Wycombe
- Marlow
- Amersham
- Princes Risborough
- Gerrards Cross
- Slough
- Maidenhead
A small fire had occurred in a kitchen on the fifth floor. The fire was out when the firefighters arrived. They used two sets of breathing apparatus, helped to ventilate the area, removed items which had been affected by fire from the flat, and provided advice.
