Two appliances and crew from Slough, one from Langley, along with two officers attended.
The fire was located within the ground floor kitchen of a residential building.
The firefighters rescued a woman, before passing her into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
They used four sets of breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet.
Thames Valley Police also attended.
