Two appliances and crews from Aylesbury, one from Thame, along with two officers attended.
A fire was located within the rear garden and spread to two two-storey buildings.
The firefighters used four sets of breathing apparatus, two hose reels and two thermal imaging cameras.
The fire had 100 percent destroyed the external facia of the building. The rear garden was also 100 percent destroyed by the fire.
