Two crews from Aylesbury alongside an officer attended.
Firefighters were called to a car engine smoking due to overheating. The car was also leaking fuel.
Firefighters used an environmental grab pack to clear the road surface of leaked fuel.
Firefighters also used:
- One hose reel jet
- One thermal imaging camera.
The car was then moved by firefighters to a safer area in the layby.
Thames Valley Police were also in attendance.
