Oner appliance and crew from Amersham and one from Gerrards Cross attended, along with an officer.
A car was on its side in the road when they arrived.
The firefighters stablised the car and released one man who was passed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
They made the scene safe and left the incident in the hands of Thames Valley Police.
