Two fire engines and crews from West Ashland attended, along with an officer.
A van was on its side in the middle of the roundabout when they arrived.
Firefighters used hydraulic rescue equipment and small tools to release one man who was passed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
Thames Valley Police also attended.
The roundabout was closed while the emergency services worked at the scene.
