One crew attended from West Ashland.
Firefighters were called to an actuating smoke alarm. A pan was left on a hob causing light smoke logging in the property. Firefighters ventilated the property.
One male was rescued from the property and firefighters used an immediate emergency care pack before passing them into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
