Two crews from Aylesbury attended alongside an officer.
Firefighters were called to a road traffic collision involving one van and one heavy goods vehicle.
One vehicle was on its side on the road, and one had come off the carriageway.
All persons were out before the arrival of the fire service.
Firefighters provided immediate emergency care to two people who had suffered injuries and handed them into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
Thames Valley Police were also in attendance.
