Firefighters were called to one car and one van involved in a road traffic collision.
One male adult and one female adult were trapped in their vehicles with injuries and were released by firefighters using hydraulic cutting equipment and small tools, and passed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
A road closure was put into place by Thames Valley Police.
