Two crews from High Wycombe attended a road traffic collision involving three cars.
On arrival, crews found five casualties, an adult who was medically trapped inside one of the vehicles.
Working alongside South Central Ambulance Service, Thames Valley Police and the Air Ambulance, firefighters used specialist rescue equipment to safely release the adult from the vehicle before they were passed into the care of ambulance crews.
