Three crews (Gerrards Cross, Amersham, Maidenhead) alongside two officers attended.
Crews were called to one car located in a ditch. The driver of the vehicle was out on arrival of the fire service and had sustained minor injuries.
Firefighters provided immediate emergency care and passed the driver into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
One lane closure was put in place.
National Highways Agency and Thames Valley Police were also in attendance.
